Others Lift Restrictions but Totalitarian Ottawa Holds Fast

As the rest of the country and many countries in the world move to lift Covid-19 restrictions imposed over the last two years on their respective citizens, Prime Minister Trudeau and his cohorts in Ottawa hold fast to their unending belief in the principles of the World Economic Forum The World Economic Forum (weforum.org)
One of the worst bills passed by the Liberal Government is the “Emergencies Act”. This act gives unlimited power to the ruling party and is founded on flawed reasoning. At a time when Provinces are lifting Emergency Restrictions (what the Truckers were asking for in their protest), Ottawa doubled down imposing draconian rules on the country.
Is this government about Covid-19 or is it about redesigning Canada in the vision of Trudeau and his minions? For example, wanting to keep financial controls of the “Emergencies Act” in place on a permanent basis. Why? Does this not allow the ruling government to go after anyone financially that disagrees with their policies?
There is no longer a purpose to be served from the “Emergencies Act”. The truckers are gone. The Provinces are lifting restrictions. Yet has there been any effort on the part of the government in Ottawa to recognize these facts? No!
This virus will be endemic to the world on an ongoing basis and for us to be expected to put our freedoms and lives on hold permanently is ludicrous. Humans are social beings with a need to interact and be free.
Our freedom was given to us by God when we were created, not by governments.
Ukraine is fighting Russia today to be free of Russian oppression. Our forefathers fought Hitler to keep the world free of German oppression. Yet our Prime Minister and his minions continue to move to take away and restrict more and more of our freedoms here in Canada.
Conclusion
Prime Minister Trudeau and those around him do not have our best interest at heart. They will turn this country into a totalitarian state unless we say NO! This is no longer about Covid-19. Today anyone and everyone who is thinking must realize that this virus like the flu will be with us permanently. Yet our Federal Government relishes in the control they have over our lives and will keep this going so long as we continue to say okay.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Mr. Trudeau. Start lifting the restrictions like everyone else around you and remove any and all provisions of the “Emergency Act” today.
