It is important to note here that positivity rates in 2021 averaged about 3% with the high at around 13%. Since January 1st 2022 the positivity rate has not been below 10%. Why are they consistently high in 2022 and 2023 when in 2021 we were in the middle of the pandemic and they were averaging 3% positivity?
