The Manifesto
In the fall of 2020 the Canadian Liberal Caucus met to discuss Covid-19 and the future plans of the Liberal Party. Out of that meeting came a leaked document. At the time and since everyone said it is nonsense, conspiracy theory, bunk. Let us revisit that document in light of where we are in a couple of years.
It is important to understand that the timing of events may be off but certainly the plan is unfolding.
First – In November secondary lockdowns. Fourth – Lockdown will be more strict by end of December or early January.
The timing was a bit off but certainly Christmas and New Years 2020 was cancelled and lockdowns put in place.

Second – Rush Construction of isolation centres in every province and territory by December.
As of March 2021 the implementation of Isolation Centres was underway.
During a coronavirus news conference on Tuesday, Health Minister Patty Hajdu said the government would commit an additional $23.7 million towards operating isolation sites across Ontario, including in Toronto, Peel Region, York Region and Durham. Third – They know now that Covid-19 cases with surge beyond capacity as everyone will test positive with a surge in Covid-19 deaths by November.

Fifth – A second virus Covid-21 will join Covid-19 by February 2021.
While appearing in India in December 2020, the Delta Variant appeared in North America in early to mid 2021.

Sixth – They plan for more deaths by Q1 and Q2 of 2021 that will exceed hospital capacity.
Timing is off here but they achieved their goal by December 2021.

Seventh – By Q2 2021 they plan to put strict restrictions on travel between countries, provinces and cities.
This is an item that has been in place as described and continues in some form or another.

Eighth/Ninth – The two items associated with regard to the World Debt Reset Program to forgive debts in return for Canadians to relinquish the related assets to the World government is yet to be implemented. However, one must not be overly comfortable with this as this is an item that is planned.
While there is no direct quote that is on the open web to the effect that you will own nothing and be happy, the World Economic Forum did release a video that suggests in the next 50 years we may in fact own nothing but rather rent everything.
Tenth – A universal pay program by first quarter 2021.
Eleventh – Everyone in the country will be expected to transition into the universal wage program by Q2 It will be a payment from the government to everyone in the country that joins the program.
Of course we haven’t yet seen this implemented as stated but a number of things are underway to lead the country to that goal.
Certainly the Federal Government implemented a number of programs along this line. The first was Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) paying $2,000 per month for people not to work. Then there was Canada Recovery Benefit (CRB) which paid either $1,000 or $600 for those not eligible for EI for up to 54 weeks. Also there is Canada Recovery Caregiving Benefit (CRCB) that pays $500 per week for up to 42 weeks. If passed, this law would require the Minister of Finance, within one year, to create a Canada-wide framework for the implementation of a Guaranteed Livable Basic Income. Simply put, this means that the federal government would need to put together the standards and plan from which it, along with the other levels of government, could create Basic Incomes in their jurisdictions.
It requires that the Minister consult all other relevant Ministers and their provincial counterparts; Indigenous elders and governing bodies; as well as policy and Basic Income experts. The report must also include any social, health or economic conclusions and recommendations that would complement the framework and guide the creation of a Basic Income scheme.
Certainly it appears that this is underway and could lead the way to a Universal Pay Program.
Twelfth – Military to be deployed to all major cities and roads to implement travel checkpoints by Q3 2021.
Certainly as yet this is not the case; however, in light of the Liberal Government enacting the Emergencies Act the whole of Canada now is their toybox. They can implement any draconian measures they deem fit at any time affecting anyone. The fact that the government not only arrested the Freedom Convoy participants but they also seized their vehicles and froze their personal and business bank accounts. In fact, Chrystia Freeland (Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister ) says she wants to keep certain parts of the Emergency Act in place permanently…Huh!

Thirteenth – Everyone would have to also partake in the Covid-19 and Covid-21 vaccination schedule

Fourteenth – If one does those things then they would be free to travel and not subject to lockdown. It would be called in terms of Canada the Canada Health Pass but known by the World Economic Forum as the Common Pass.
As it turns out this did come to pass in Canada but it is called the Vaccine Passport. Only those carrying the certification would be allowed to participate in many activities not allowed for the unvaccinated. Certainly the promise regarding lockdowns was not followed through as people were again locked down whether vaccinated or not. Provinces and certainly other countries have already indicated they are planning to eliminate the vaccine passport system.

Fifteenth – When asked what would happen to anyone who didn’t want to participate and they were told that those individuals would be permanently under lockdowns until sufficient people joined the program and then those still remaining would be declared a public health risk and put into isolation centres where they would be given the opportunity to participate. If they don’t they would be in permanent isolation and their assets would be seized.
Sixteenth and Final – In the end the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said it will move forward worldwide regardless of what anyone thinks.
Ladies and gentlemen this is underway with the Emergencies Act and actions against the Freedom Convoy with arrests, equipment seizures and freezing of bank accounts and sweeping measures country-wide to act against anyone attempting something similar in the future. This means anyone in this country that speaks out against this government or participates in any kind of demonstration that they don’t condone could find themselves in dire straits.
I would suggest that anyone that condones the actions of the government will be complicit in the destruction of our democracy to be replaced by either a Communist or Facist style government. My money is on a move to Totalitarian with either being bad.
We Canadians are now facing a crisis that Rod Dreher calls “soft totalitarianism.”65 Canada is on its way towards becoming a totalitarian society that suppresses free speech, punishes dissidents, and imposes a state ideology on all people. As a result, Canadians are losing the freedoms that their grandparents fought for when they defeated the Nazis. But hopefully Canadians will recognize the immediate danger because if we do not act soon, our children and grandchildren will never experience the freedom that we have known.

Conclusion
We have seen that the manifesto laid our by the Liberal Government in the fall of 2020 is pretty much unfolding exactly as the leaker indicated. We have heard from the government and from trusted members of our society.
We are on a very slippery slope in this country and worldwide. One that if left unchecked will leave us with no active Constitution, no Charter of Rights and Freedoms, total subjection to governments in Canada and beyond. It is not yet too late to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH but we are at about 11:55 p.m. with the clear chance that when we wake to a new day it will be permanently dark.
