What Solves Problems?

Well maybe in China the solution to a problem is confrontation and the use of force; however, this is not China but rather Canada and to try and resolve the Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa through force is not the answer. In fact, it will serve to bring the opposition to Autocratic rule even closer together and be more focused.

Instead here is what others are considering.

Alberta Premier Jason Kenny said, “We cannot remain at a heightened state of emergency forever. We have to begin to heal.”

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said, “During that Delta wave, I do believe that the benefits of this policy most certainly did outweigh the costs,” Moe said. “But today, as we deal with a very different strain, the Omicron variant, the benefits of this policy no longer outweigh the costs.”

PEI Premier Dennis King said, “COVID is still with us, and it will be with us”.

Quebec Premier François Legault said, “We’ll have to learn how live with the virus”. “What does that mean? It means that each person will have to evaluate their own risks. ‘I’m with how many people? How many have three doses? How many are over 60?'”

European Countries move to end mandates

“Sweden
  • Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson announced Thursday that all of the country’s restrictions would end on Feb. 9, allowing people to return to restaurants without capacity or operating hours limitations, AP reports.
  • This also includes the end of its vaccine and face mask mandate on public transportation, as well as its recommendation to limit social contact.
Denmark
  • Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen announced Tuesday that the country no longer considers COVID-19 to be a “socially critical disease” and would lift its restrictions.
  • “The pandemic is still here but with what we know, we now dare to believe that we are through the critical phase,” Frederiksen added.
Norway
  • Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre announced Tuesday that Norway’s restrictions would end.
  • “Even if many more people are becoming infected, there are fewer who are hospitalised. We’re well protected by vaccines. This means that we can relax many measures even as infections are rising rapidly,” Støre said.”

3 European countries ending COVID restrictions – Axios

“Britain, France, Ireland, the Netherlands and several Nordic countries have taken steps to end or ease their COVID-19 restrictions.

Last week, England ended almost all domestic restrictions: Masks aren’t required in public, vaccine passes are no longer needed to get into events or other public venues and the work-from-home order has been lifted. One lingering requirement: Those who test positive still have to self-isolate.”

Do These People Sound like Insurgents?

Conclusion

Yet Prime Minister Trudeau is steadfast and refuses to listen. Surely this will lead to needless action that will in the end prove that the protestors are on the right side of the issue with the Prime Minister and the Liberal Government owning the biggest miscalculation in Canadian history. Why? Is it because those in our government have so fully bought into the mantra of the World Economic Forum and it’s leaders that they cannot realize the jig is up?

People are fed up with lockdowns, vaccine passports, mandates, coerced vaccinations, on again off again economies, mental stress and the use of children in a political game of chess.

If you won’t listen to the Freedom Convoy protestors (yes protestors not insurgents) and do the “right thing” as the Prime Minister is so want to say then pay attention to the rest of the free world. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
